Executive Chef - Stefano Camplone

A professional chef for almost 10 years, Stefano graduated culinary school in his hometown of Pescara, Italy, and after a few years of work experience, arrived in London to grow his career in fine dining and Michelin starred restaurants. Stef participated in the culinary competition ‘Young Chef of the Year’ by Bookatable and Pommery Champagne in 2018 and 2019, both years reaching the final stage of the competition. 

Executive Chef at Barge East for the past 3 years, Stefano produces and develops seasonal menus that use some of Britain’s finest produce and incorporate a range of international flavours.
